More venues,
wider destinations

The venues featured here are simply a starting point. I work in partnership with specialist destination wedding planners with experienced overseas coordinators – which means I have access to an extensive range of venues across a wide variety of countries.

Whether you have a location already in mind or you're open to exploring the options, I'll guide you through what's available and what's right for your day. The venues that suit you best are the ones we'll focus on together.

How the planning process works

Working with me is straightforward and structured, so you know exactly what to expect at every stage.

It starts with
a conversation

I take time to understand your plans, number of guests and preferred style, so I can prepare options that truly reflect your brief.

Finding the
right options

Working with specialist destination wedding planners, I carry out research and present carefully selected options. These clear proposals make choosing the right wedding destination easier.

Making
the bookings

Once you’re happy to proceed, I provide both my terms and the supplier’s terms for transparency. I’ll then send a secure payment link for the deposit, or full balance if required.

Confirmation
& balance

Your balance is typically due two weeks before the supplier’s deadline to allow payments to be processed smoothly. Once paid, your full documentation
is issued.

Your
wedding day

With planning complete and every party fully briefed, the day runs as it should, with experienced coordinators on the ground and clear support available throughout.

After
your return

I always look forward to hearing how a wedding went. Your feedback means a great deal and helps me continue providing the level of care my clients expect.

Frequently asked questions

Are the venues shown the only options available?

Not at all. The venues on this page represent a small selection, chosen to give you a sense of what's possible. I work in partnership with specialist destination wedding planners, which gives me access to a much broader portfolio of venues across many destinations.

I guide you through the decision by assessing suitability, guest logistics, legal requirements and overall practicality, ensuring the venue works in every sense, not just visually.

Yes, and it's an important part of the process. The legal requirements for getting married abroad vary by country, and in some cases by venue.

Absolutely. Managing the travel arrangements for you and your guests is very much part of what I do. From flights and transfers to accommodation options near the venue, I take care of the logistics so your guests arrive without stress, and you can focus on enjoying your wedding.

Ideally 12–18 months in advance, especially for popular destinations or peak seasons. Early discussions provide more choice and smoother coordination.
