I work in partnership with Perfect Weddings Abroad, specialist destination wedding planners with dedicated UK consultants and experienced overseas coordinators.
I will guide you through the options and manage the travel arrangements for you and your guests, while their expert team handles the wedding planning and in-resort coordination. It’s a collaborative approach designed to give you a wedding you’ll never forget.
The holiday planning process
Working with me is straightforward and structured, so you know exactly what to expect at every stage.
It starts with
a conversation
I take time to understand what you’re looking for, the holidays you’ve enjoyed before and what matters most now, so I can prepare options that truly reflect your brief.
Finding the
right options
I carry out the research and present up to three carefully selected options that match what we’ve discussed. These clear, practical proposals make choosing the right holiday easier.
Making
the bookings
Once you’re happy to proceed, I provide both my terms and the supplier’s terms for transparency. I’ll then send a secure payment link for the deposit, or full balance if required.
Confirmation
& balance
Your balance is typically due two weeks before the supplier’s deadline to allow payments to be processed smoothly. Once paid, your full holiday documentation is issued.
Before
you travel
Between booking and departure, we remain in contact. I ensure key details are checked and you feel prepared ahead of travel.
While
you're away
If anything unexpected arises, I’m available by phone or WhatsApp to help resolve things quickly.
After your return
I always look forward to hearing how your holiday went. Your feedback means a great deal and helps me continue providing the level of care my clients expect.

Who will I be working with throughout my trip?
You’ll work directly with me, Ali Varey, from our first conversation to your return home. I design your itinerary, manage every booking and remain available throughout your escape. You won’t be passed between departments – you have one dedicated point of contact who knows your plans inside out.
What if I already know where I want to go?
That’s absolutely fine. Most of my clients come to me with a clear picture of the type of holiday they want. I’ll help organise the details, use my knowledge and expertise to recommend trusted hotels and experiences, and make sure everything comes together smoothly.
Can you manage multi-destination itineraries and group travel?
Yes. Whether you're visiting multiple countries, coordinating group travel or planning a journey with varied experiences, I’ll coordinate the details so everyone’s needs are considered and the trip runs smoothly. Complex itineraries require careful coordination, and that attention to detail is where my service excels.
Is this suitable for milestone or once in a lifetime trips?
Yes. Honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays and special celebrations are some of the most rewarding trips to organise. I’ll make sure everything is carefully planned so you can focus on enjoying the occasion.
When should I start planning my holiday?
The more time I have for complex itineraries and peak season travel the better; however, I can arrange wonderful experiences with short notice when availability allows. Starting earlier simply gives you more choice and flexibility.
