Destination
wedding planner

Full coordination of your destination wedding and guest travel arrangements, handled personally from first conversation to the day itself.

Wedding planning,
fully managed

Planning a wedding abroad involves a significant number of moving parts – legal requirements, venue selection, supplier coordination, guest travel and accommodation – all running in parallel. My role is to manage that complexity so you don't have to.

I work in partnership with specialist destination wedding planners with dedicated UK consultants and experienced overseas coordinators. I guide you through the options and manage the travel arrangements for you and your guests, while their expert team handles the wedding planning and in-resort coordination. It's a collaborative approach designed to give you confidence at every stage.

How the planning process works

Working with me is straightforward and structured, so you know exactly what to expect at every stage.

It starts with
a conversation

I take time to understand your plans, number of guests and preferred style, so I can prepare options that truly reflect your brief.

Finding the
right options

Working with specialist destination wedding planners, I carry out research and present carefully selected options. These clear proposals make choosing the right wedding destination easier.

Making
the bookings

Once you’re happy to proceed, I provide both my terms and the supplier’s terms for transparency. I’ll then send a secure payment link for the deposit, or full balance if required.

Confirmation
& balance

Your balance is typically due four weeks before the supplier’s deadline to allow payments to be processed smoothly. Once paid, your full documentation
is issued.

Your
wedding day

With planning complete and every party fully briefed, the day runs as it should, with experienced coordinators on the ground and clear support available throughout.

After
your return

I always look forward to hearing how a wedding went. Your feedback means a great deal and helps me continue providing the level of care my clients expect.

From wedding
to honeymoon

Many couples choose to combine their wedding and honeymoon planning. I manage the transition between the two, ensuring travel arrangements, timings and logistics align smoothly. This reduces coordination on your side and provides a clear handover from the wedding planning team to your honeymoon arrangements, all managed through one consistent point of contact.
